La Paloma Studio LLC offers discounts when purchasing multiple masks. Enter CODES below at Checkout.
MULTIFOUR = 5% discount when purchasing 4 masks or spend $80.
MULTIEIGHT = 10% discount when purchasing 8 masks or spend $160.
MULTITWENTY = 15% discount when purchasing 15 masks or spend $300.
FREESHIP = Free Standard shipping with orders of $200. or more.

SHIPPING:
When will you receive your masks:
Because our masks are custom made, they usually leave the studio in 1-3 weeks.
The Artist/Designer Collaboration masks will generally be on the longer side of that window, because of the time and nature of custom printing the fabric.
If the masks you order are already in inventory, then they will leave the studio in 1 week or even sooner.
We offer three USPS shipping options below:
First Class - Standard (2 - 6 business days) @ $4.50
Priority Mail - Flat Rate (1 - 3 business days) @ $7.75
Priority Mail Express - Flat Rate (1-2 business days) @ $26.35
FREESHIP = For orders of 10 masks or more and/or $200. or over we will extend Free Standard Shipping in addition to offering a quantity discount. Please enter CODES above at Checkout.
EXCHANGES / RETURNS:
We know you will love your mask. If you received a mask design and a size you did not order we will be most happy to work with you on exchanges and pay for any new standard shipping charges incurred to return and send unopened new masks. If you received a mask and are not absolutely crazy about the fabric design, we would be happy to work with you in exchanging the unopened mask of for another fabric design, but in this case we will pay the standard shipping for new masks, but not the cost to return an unopened mask.
These policies are limited to masks that have not been opened—with no exceptions. Because of the health risks involved, masks that have opened packaging cannot be returned for exchanges.

Please note: La Paloma Studio LLC does not recommend masks be worn by children 2 and under, or children who do not have the ability to remove a mask. In order to help slow the spread of Covid-19, the CDC has recommended that the general public wear cloth masks for everyone’s health, safety and protection. Please understand that our face masks are not a replacement for medical grade Personal Protective Equipment, and in circumstances where medical grade Personal Protective Equipment is recommended, you should consult a health care professional. The decision to buy and use a mask from La Paloma Studio LLC is solely your own.
Please remember that use of face masks is not intended to replace other recommended measures to stop the community spread of COVID-19, such as social distancing, washing your hands and refraining from touching your face. Follow the latest advice of the CDC and your own health care professionals as to how best to keep yourself safe.
By purchasing a mask from La Paloma Studio LLC you agree not to bring litigation or place blame on La Paloma Studio LLC or our partners for any reason whatsoever as a result, direct or otherwise, of wearing our masks.
